Returns and Refunds Policy
We want to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for all our customers. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to start a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Unused and Unwashed: The product must not have been worn, washed, or show any signs of use.
Hangtags Attached: All original tags must be intact.
Original Condition: Items should be returned without alterations or customizations.
No Strong Odors: Products with strong scents like perfume, smoke, or body odor will not be accepted.
Complete Packaging: Include all packaging, accessories, and gifts as originally received.
Return Window: Returns must be initiated and sent back within 14 days of delivery.
Hygiene Products: Items such as underwear or swimwear with broken hygiene seals are not returnable.
Final Sale Items: Products marked as non-returnable or final sale cannot be returned.
Documentation: A completed return form and valid proof of purchase are required.
Misuse or Damage: Products damaged due to improper care or excessive use will not be accepted.
*Important: Make sure to inspect your items carefully before removing any tags, as returns without tags are not accepted.
How to Submit a Return Request
1.Pack the Product:
Place the item(s) in the original packaging along with the packing slip for smoother processing.
2.Arrange the Shipment:
NL Orders: Use the prepaid return label received by email.
EU Orders: Choose a carrier and create your own shipping label.
*Note: Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.
Refund Processing
Once your returned product arrives, it undergoes quality control, which can take up to 5 business days. Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days after approval and will be credited back to your original payment method.

Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them. If you encounter any damage or if the wrong product was shipped, reach out to us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
We recommend returning the unwanted item and placing a new order for quicker processing. Once the returned product is approved, you can proceed with your new purchase.
EU Customers – Cooling-Off Period
As per EU regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, with no explanation required, in addition to our standard return policy.
